It was stated that he owes American Express about $47,000 and they expect his family to pay it off. People are upset because they feel like they won’t let Hussle rest in peace. ~Reign NBC 10 reported that a Lyft driver was attacked and carjacked. The driver was pistol whipped and robbed while resting for a moment. Two men walked up on the guy while he just was sitting in his car, the one man pointed a gun at him and told him to get out the car. The other man pistol whipped him and robbed him. ~Reign All Hip-Hop News stated that Puma is giving Meek Mill his own reform sneaker. The rapper has been advocating in the Black community for some time now. The sneaker is black which represents the US prison system and the red represents the sacrifice of activist that fought hard. The sneaker also have reform printed on the tongue and on the outer heel the quote, "WE HAVE TO BE SEEN BECAUSE WE COULDN’T BE HEARD.”
Needless to say this is the best sneaker that has come out thus far in my opinion! ~Reign If you follow Love & Hip-Hip Atlanta then you know Karlie Redd all too well! TMZ recently reported that the TV star is now promoting a new sex toy line. Recently Karlie laid on a table for 6 hours to make vagina and butt molds for the line. The plan is that she will be selling them for about $70 a piece. The star plans to start a blog along with her line talking about love, relationships all while putting together these sex toy packages. No word on when this will launch but it is said to be in the works.
~Reign According to 6ABC News, seven police officers resigned after racist and offensive Facebook posts. About 7 officers were placed on leave after the department became under investigation back in June. The multiple posts contained words and memes bashing blacks, transgenders, and Islam. This became a country wide movement as multiple police officers posted these things online. As a result, most of them have either resigned or been laid off.
~Reign WHEN SHOOTING A RAP VIDEO GOES WRONG!!!Sources of NBC 10 say there was a shooting when artists were about to shoot a rap video. July 28th, 2019, (Sunday night), six men were sitting outside of a house when an unidentified suspect starting shooting in their direction. This all occurred in Southwest Philadelphia, when the group were about to start filming a music video. As a result, one person was killed and the other five were hurt. Sources close to the victim would later identify him as local rapper, Ezra Weah, aka BANKROLL GAMBINO. Family members, loved ones, and fellow artists continue to express their condolences and disbelief of the slain rapper across social media. The Philadelphia Police Commissioner still has no leads on the gunman and no motive for the shooting. All of the victims were in their early 20’s and they believe this was a result of retaliation of some sort. According to the NBC 10 news website, "Three of the surviving victims are in critical condition while two others are stable." Sad to say but this is what #Philly has been like for the last couple of years in the summer time. People who envy other people and what they are doing or even just petty quarrels that people take personal. Either way we as a city must do better! Pretty soon there will be no one left. ~Reign LET THERE BE LYTE!My favorite #FEMALE #rap artist is #McLyte! From the moment she stepped on the scene in 1988 with the first full female solo rap album, “LYTE AS A ROCK”, I felt EVERYTHING! Watching her was so liberating! After releasing the hit, “Paper Thin”, she set the standards high, letting it be known to take us serious as WOMEN and as RAP ARTISTS. I was like, 'So you can have lyrics, be true to yourself, AND demand respect on a whole other level??? DAMN, THAT'S DOPE!' No gimmicks! No costumes! It was just about the lyrics!!! She was, and still is the truth! MC-Lyte paved the way for our current female artists! #REMEMBER where it all started. t. aLEXISFree spirit, novice blogger, lover of life, #TeamLeo!
